Cancellation conditions
- It can always happen that something comes up – please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to start your holiday.
- If you cancel in time, up to 30 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation fees. If this is not the case, the following cancellation conditions apply: 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the arrangement price. 7 days before arrival, in case of early departure or no-show, as well as for booking changes, we charge 100% of the arrangement price.
- Cancellations are only valid in written form.
- It can always be the case that something comes up unexpectedly – Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to default on your holiday.
- A cancellation, received on time – up to 30 days before the arrival date means we can rent the room or apartment out to other guests and there will be no cancellation charges.
- If this is not the case, the following cancellation terms apply: Up to 30 days before the arrival date, there are no cancellation charges
- By early departures or no shows, or changes to the booking, we charge 100% of the arranged price.
- Cancellations are only valid when in writing.
Check- in & Check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Travel cancellation insurance
- To ensure that no cancellation fees are charged in case you are unable to start your trip on time or at all due to illness or other reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” (European Travel Insurance).

Payment
- Please note that we only accept cash payments on site.
Deposit
- The booking is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the arrangement price to our bank account within 10 days of the reservation. The remaining balance is kindly requested to be transferred before arrival.

- By receiving the deposit, you accept the booking conditions as stated.
Booking directly
- You will get the best prices directly from us by phone, via email, or through the website.
- We guarantee that you will not find a cheaper offer for any of our apartments and rooms through a third-party provider. Should this be the case, we will, of course, adjust our price, and you will also receive a little surprise.
- No hidden fees. Additional fees are often charged by online booking platforms and travel agencies – but we do not have any.
- Flexibility for your individual wishes.
- Room preference booking subject to availability. If the desired apartment is not available online, please feel free to contact us directly.
- Children’s discount only for direct bookings. Children from 0 to 2 years stay for free.
- Weekly interim cleaning of your apartment. For stays of seven nights or more, our cleaning staff will clean your apartment in the middle of the week and change the towels.
