- Due to the current situation, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions for you, so that you can continue to plan your holiday at the vier mäderlhaus without worries. If the official mitigation measures are maintained, reservations for the time period before 30 November, 2020 can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
- It can always be the case that something comes up unexpectedly – Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to default on your holiday.
- A cancellation, received on time – up to 30 days before the arrival date means we can rent the room or apartment out to other guests and there will be no cancellation charges.
- If this is not the case, the following cancellation terms apply: Up to 30 days before the arrival date, there are no cancellation charges
- By early departures or no shows, or changes to the booking, we charge 100% of the arranged price.
- Cancellations are only valid when in writing.

- Check-In: 3pm to 7pm, Check-Out: 8am to 10am
- We highly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance with “Europäischen Reiseversicherung” (European travel Insurance), so that in the case of illness or other reasons you have to delay or even cancel your holiday, you will not be faced with any cancellation fees.

- The booking is binding after 40% of the arranged price has been paid as a deposit on our bank account within 10 days of making the reservation.
- Upon checking-in, the rest of the arranged price (60%) will be charged!

- With paying the deposit you accept the booking conditions as noted.
- You get the best price by booking with us directly over the telephone, via e-mail or via the website.
- We guarantee that you will not find a better price for our apartments and rooms through a third-party agency. Should this be the case, then we will of course correct our price and you will receive a little surprise on top of this.
- No hidden fees. It is often the case that there are additional fees to be paid when booking through online platforms and travel agencies – we do not have these.
- Flexibility for your individual wishes.
- Book your desired room, depending upon availability. If your desired room is not available online, then please contact us directly.
- Reductions for children – only for direct bookings. Children from 0 to 2 years of age stay free of charge.
- Weekly interim cleaning of your apartment. From a stay of eight nights, our cleaners will clean the apartment in the middle of the week and will provide clean towels.
